Private Equity

1217 seeks companies with leading or niche market positions where it can create value through our extensive business development capabilities. Our firm is searching for entrepreneurs and management teams that are seeking investment in the form of debt and or equity to scale their respective businesses and family owned companies. 1217 will help develop and execute a clear exit strategy leading to a maximized liquidity event.  1217 seeks the following criteria:

Financial Profile:

Sales of at least $10 million
Minimum Gross Profit Margins of 30%
EBITDA of $1 million and above

Capital Provided:

Equity and debt

Target Investment Horizon:

5 – 10 years

Buyouts and leveraged recapitalizations
Growth and expansion capital
